Each cake is made with my favorite ingredients, including olive oil, sour cream, and buttermilk, lending a moist, rich texture to every bite. I believe in using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients to ensure that every cake tastes as good as it looks. My approach to decoration is rooted in maximalism, with intricate swirls and thoughtful placement of fresh and dried flowers plus little details that add a touch of whimsy, elegance and chaos. I also use two different types of buttercreams in all of my cakes. Swiss meringue to decorate and cream cheese buttercream to fill every layer cake and enhance both flavor and texture, elevating the experience with every slice. I love the use of nuts, like walnuts and macadamias so I include it in most of my cake's combinations. There's nothing like a little crunch with each bite of cake. I am currently experimenting with cereals and cookies to add to my cake layers and to my menu.
