Our baker, Samantha Croteau, dreamed up Jolie Fleur from the nostalgia of baking her favorite sweets from scratch while growing up. Her passion goes back to her childhood years of whipping up blueberry pancakes to go with her Saturday cartoons and learning to perfect her own chocolate chip cookie recipe.
