Growing up, I always told my parents I had an 'extra dessert stomach' - a special compartment that could never be too full for an after-dinner chocolate or two. That insatiable sweet tooth propelled me into the baking world, and what started as a simple love for sugary treats has blossomed into an artistic passion.
I learned how to bake from my talented family, spending summers with my great aunt making carrot cakes and following in the footsteps of my Italian relatives and their endless supply of delicious spreads. Nothing brings people together like food, and desserts are just the cherry on top.
As a self-taught baking hobbyist, I'm always on the hunt for the perfect combination of delicious and beautiful, adorning treats with fresh flowers whenever possible. Currently baking for fun, family, and friends brave enough to be my taste testers. When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm traveling, spending time outside, or working on building out the Dolcetta Baking platform.
