Hey there!
Here are three things you should know about me:
- I am all for the easy, unfussy, slightly rusticky bakes. I am a homebaker who loves generous and tasty food and desserts, deep flavours and heartwarming recipes.
- Like many others, it all started with banana bread during the pandemic… I’ve always loved cooking but was scared of baking, and took the plunge during lockdown. Now, it’s just a part of me and can’t live without it!
- I am originally from France but have been calling Australia home for the last 14 years. I love experimenting with different techniques, ingredients and flavours. I also truly enjoy content creating, be it food styling, food photography and copy writing for Baked by Iris.
When I am not creating chaos in the kitchen, I love to go to reformer Pilates, read, go to the cinema, have a glass of wine or cuddle my two cat babies, Khaleesi & Archie.
